TaylorMade R9 SuperTri Driver
This is the third type of TaylorMade R9 golf driver products. It has an attractive “black-on-black” clubhead and clubface. TaylorMade R9 Supertri has some special features when compared to other R9 golf driver products. The first remarkable feature is its maximum-sized 460cc club head which contains both FCT and MWT. Hence, this driver is more playable and more forgiving. This driver promotes higher launch as well as 75 yards of L/R ball flight adjustability.
The next feature is the three movable weights which grant you absolute control of CG position. You can choose between a Fade, Neutral or Draw bias ball flight. Another important feature is the Fujikura Motore 60-gram shaft. This shaft is 5 grams lesser in weight than the other R9 golf drivers. Its softer tip supports higher launch angle and more spin; thus producing longer carry and more distance.
Its FCT feature offers 8 adjustable head options which generate 24 different combinations of loft, lie and face angle. Its unique sleek head shape and crown minimizes wind resistance and enhances up to 2mph additional ball speed for more distance. The ICT feature increases COR Zone to maximize ball speed off the face for more distance. Last but not least, the Ultra-Thin Wall Technology minimizes head wall thickness to keep and redistribute weight. All these features have made this TaylorMade R9 SuperTri driver one of the best TaylorMade drivers.
